yDiv seeks to qualify its postdoctoral researchers with an excellent training programme, tailored to their specific needs. It also creates opportunities for integration and networking.
yDiv courses for postdocs
yDiv postdoc courses focus on five main categories, which are preeminent for your postdoc career.
Each category includes relevant transferable skills courses, which will help you develop your research and competency profile in order to achieve your desired career goals in- or outside academia.
You are free to choose the ones that interest or benefit you most. The courses are an excellent opportunity to get to know other postdocs at iDiv and within the iDiv consortium.

Q&A sessions for postdocs
Q&A sessions are a series of short informative talks on topics like the academic career system, alternative career paths, career and family or the German working law. It’s a perfect opportunity for you to ask your questions on topics with regard to your postdoc work environment.
