There is an airport express (train) going every 30 minutes between Leipzig-Halle airport and Leipzig central station. Having reached Leipzig central station, take the tram to get to BIO CITY LEIPZIG (see below). In case you decide to take a taxi at the airport, it will cost around EUR 45.
You can reach Leipzig easily by train (ICE, Regio, S-Bahn). Once you have reached Leipzig central station, you can take the tram to get to BIO CITY LEIPZIG. You will find the Tram tracks directly in front of the central station building. Tram 16 (direction “Lößnig”) leaves at platform 2 and you can buy a ticket at the platform or in the Tram for “Leipzig (Zone 110)”. Trams leave every 10 minutes (PDF, timetable) and you will reach the station “Deutsche Nationalbibliothek” in no more than 11 minutes. From here it is just a short walk. Turn left behind the new library building (Straße des 18. Oktober) heading south, walk around “Deutscher Platz” on the right hand side and pass by the Max Planck institute for Evolutionary Anthropology. The BIO CITY LEIPZIG is the next building on your right (red bricks).
