yDiv offers external one-to-one coachings to promote your individual career development and get a fresh and external perspective on your career plans and work situation.

Please note that the career coaching is only available to members of the yDiv Graduate School and the iDiv Postdoc Programme. This offer cannot be used by external parties.

The coaches provide support in specific and individual career questions, e.g. career in and outside academia, competence analysis, working abroad, feedback on application documents, self-management or supervision and leadership. Specific topics and goals of the coaching will be set together with the coach. The meetings take place online.

Background
Ludmilla Aufurth is a certified systemic coach and career expert with 10 years of experience in training and career coaching in the private and public sector. She studied Sociology, Social and Behavioral Sciences and European Labor Studies in the Netherlands, Germany and Italy. After working several years at the Career Service department at Freie Universität Berlin and as a freelancer
in training and career coaching, Ludmilla is currently responsible for the career coaching at the executive department Career Center and Scientific Training at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.

Background

Dr. Silke Oehrlein-Karpi has been working as a coach and a trainer for scientists since 2008.
