In this course, you will be learning the basic knowledge of visual design and how to apply it to scientific posters. The aim is to build confidence in designing scientific posters and become conscious in the use of text and images.

You should bring all potential content you consider relevant for your scientific poster (e.g. papers, image files, texts, figures). During the course, a scientific poster will be created step by step and the knowledge acquired in the course can be applied directly.

Stefan Bernhardt

... has been iDiv's media designer since 2014. He studied media engineering with focus on video production and afterwards media design with focus on print and screen design. Since 2010, he's been working as a professional Media Designer for various clients from different industries (e.g., culture, retail, suppliers, medicine) on a freelance basis.
