Prize Committee
The overarching goal of the iDiv Prize Committee is to promote iDiv’s research by facilitating nominations of iDiv scientists and staff for prizes.
To achieve this purpose, the Prize Committee provides and keeps up to date information on existing prizes and awards and they scan the prize landscape to find relevant prizes and nominees. Besides, the Prize Committee is the point of contact for iDiv partner institutions as well as for iDiv members researchers and staff who indend to apply for prizes. They support and facilitate application procedures.
The Prize Committee prepares nomination decision which have to be accepted by the Science Strategy Board (SSB) and channels the communication with this Board.
