The iDiv Council is a bottom-up advisory body fostering participation and engagement among iDiv staff. The Council consists of representatives from each iDiv status group to ensure that everyone has a voice, and to take advantage of the full spectrum of iDiv expertise. The general aim of the Council is to improve iDiv as a working place, hence to detect (potential) problems and find solutions.
