PhD Project

Rhizosphere and root microbes. (This work is the subproject of international Research Training Group TreeDì (GRK 2324)).

Project Discerption:

In the Project Titled “Rhizosphere and root-associated microbiome”. We aim to correlate the rhizosphere and endosphere microbiome co-occurrence dynamics, as well as the functional gene patterns to plant characteristics, root exudate shapes, and overall functional dissimilarity between tree and shrub species combinations. Furthermore, the indications of bacterial taxa and functional or meta-transcriptomic genes to climate variability, tree and shrub species pairs, and tree diversification patterns will be examined using a high-throughput sequencing technique.
