This half-day hands-on workshop is meant to give you practical help and time to improve your next scientific presentation.
Prior knowledge: You need to have the knowledge and software on your laptop to work on concrete slides.
Participants should bring their own laptop and concrete slides or a full presentation to work on. We will jointly discuss and work on your slides to improve the presentation and understanding of the content.
Ideally within the course you already improved your slides /presentation. Based on before and after comparison you will immediately see the improvements.

Marten Winter
Marten is a globally renowned ecologist, leader of iDiv’s synthesis centre and the Integration unit. He is an enthusiastic science communicator (e.g. TEDx) and with his long term experience in listening and giving numerous presentations and has mentor of>50 postdocs at iDiv, he has helped many scientist to improve their scientific presentations.
