Dr. Andreas Schedl received his PhD from the University of Natural Resources and Life Science, Vienna, in 2017. He graduated in chemistry in the Division of Chemistry of Renewable Resources on the topic "Development of sensitive and enhanced mass spectrometric methods for analysis of degradation products from aged cellulose matrices”. At iDiv, Dr. Schedl covers for Dr. Katharina Grosser and inherits her duties as the head of the laboratory. He will train and support students and researchers as well as coordinate the experimental resources of the MIE group.
