Over 600 people from 25 countries attended talks and presentations about the interplay between science and the broader society. iDiv actively participated: Susanne Hecker (Ecosystem Services Reserach Group) was invited to moderate a session focused on "Research on and Evaluation of the Citizen Science Experience". And within the scope of a poster session she presented the German citizen science project "BürGEr schaffen WISSen – Citizens create knowledge (GEWISS)"
