The yDiv Mentoring Pool provides personalized advice and support through one-on-one mentoring (mentor-mentee tandems) on topics related to career development. It supports doctoral, postdoctoral, and senior researchers with career goals in both academic and non-academic fields.

In the event of problems during their doctorate, such as conflicts with their supervisor, yDiv doctoral researchers can contact the iDiv counsellors in confidence. The counsellors can offer advice, refer them to other services or mediate between the parties in the event of conflicts.
