The course programme will consist of lectures, hands-on sessions in sampling, sample preparation, metabolomic data analyses, and critical discussions on metabolomic datasets and case studies. The course will partially take place on green houses/botanical garden and the laboratories of the Molecular Interaction Ecology group.

After completing the course, you will have the necessary skills to design a metabolomics experiment and apply bioinformatics software to carry out the basic steps of data analysis.

Please apply until 1 July 2018 with a short motivation letter explaining your reasons and expectations and send it to Henriette Uthe henriette.uthe@idiv.de. There will also be two travel grants available (covering the costs of travel and accommodation.
