sUMMITDiv - Europe’s alpine flora: past, present and future

Alpine ecosystems contain a large part of the global biodiversity and are at the same time particularly vulnerable to environmental change. sUMMITDiv will bring together skilled researchers, who all investigate the fate of Europe’s alpine flora and biodiversity with complementary approaches and methods, and high-quality datasets on floristic change on mountain summits over different spatial and temporal scales. The resulting syntheses will help to better understand causes and the drives of change in high-alpine plant diversity and community composition.
