The evening gives the possibility to chat about career paths outside academia in a cozy atmosphere. Dr. Andrea Perino, the Science-Policy Coordinator at iDiv, will speak about how she managed to pursue here individual career paths and what challenges she had to face. Furthermore she is going to talk about her current position and what she is actually doing there.
In a relaxed atmosphere with drinks, it is possible to ask many questions and engage in conversation.

...has been iDiv's Science-Policy Coordinator since 2019. She studied biology at the Albert Ludwigs University Freiburg and did her PhD at iDiv and the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg. She will be your discussion partner this evening.
