As doctoral researchers, you face similar questions and challenges like career decisions, conflicts, work-life-balance and supervision problems. Through peer coaching or peer case consultation (intervision) you will share, reflect, and exchange ideas about current challenges and advise each other in a confidential setting. You can bring any topic to the table.

Objectives:

Participants support each other with feedback and new impulses in their challenges as doctoral researchers. During the sessions, they learn peer coaching methods and exchange ideas in a structured and goal-oriented way beyond the period of the agreed appointments.

Working method:

  • Creating a trusting group atmosphere personal, appreciative
  • Encouraging personal responsibility and collegial exchange
  • Inviting diversity of perspectives, openness
