Communicating data through proper visualization is critical for scientists and analysts. More recently, the need to create effective and engaging visualizations in a reproducible manner became important to follow state-of-the-art publication guidelines, to increase trust, and to make the process more efficient. In this workshop, Dr. Cédric Scherer provides an overview of the famous graphics library {ggplot2} and related packages. The course covers the ggplot2’s “Grammar of Graphics” as well as helpful tips and tricks to create visually appealing and informative graphs in the programing language R.
