Contents

This course consists of two workshops for data generation and processing of short-read (e.g. RAD-seq/ddRAD type) genomic data and downstream analyses.
The course seeks to touch on the following topics and questions:
What kinds of analyses can be performed with RAD-seq type data? How to link analyses to hypotheses,

Population structure analyses (Structure, Admixture, DAPC), Phylogenies (e.g. RAxML, SNAPP as part of the BEAST package), Visualizing migration and barriers (Estimated Effective Migration Surfaces), Demographic model selection and hypothesis testing (∂a∂i).
