Horse-assisted seminars are ideal for reflecting on yourself and your own actions. In the field of leadership skills, we will do practical exercises with the horses, where the core competencies for leadership will be queried and trained. The participants will gain experience that they can use for their everyday work. It creates a higher level of empathy and understanding for the opposite - be it the supervisor, colleague or project submitter.

For an optimal learning success we start with a theoretical introductory block. Thereby, the participants recognize the important components of the leadership of horses and learn their structures in order to then be able to fully use the live experience in the practical exercise block.

The focus of the seminars lies on the practical work with horses. Participants get a direct feedback from the horses and can reflect with a sensitive counterpart on their own actions. Always, a practice transfer will be led to integrate the experiences in everyday life.

I work with the communication models of Paul Watzlawick, Schulz von Thun and Paul Hunting.
