The academic environment for postdocs is full of potential conflicts on various levels, forms and intensities. Discussions with superiors, colleagues and co-authors as well as with doctoral candidates can make the academic challenge really tough.

Turning those discussions and conflicts into positive relations leads to less frustration and better results alike.

In this intensive, interactive 2-day seminar you will learn:

  • How to identify potential conflicts early,
  • understand reasons and dynamics leading to dispute,
  • discuss, learn and practice resolution techniques on the various hierarchical levels.

This course is going to take place the first day (12 January) in person, the second day (19 January) remotely. The course language is English.
