This course teaches participants basic knowledge of visual design and how to apply it to scientific posters.<\/p>\n

Prior knowledge needed: PowerPoint skills or other layout software.<\/p>\n

Participants should bring any potential content they consider relevant for their scientific poster (e.g., abstracts, image files, texts, figures) \u2013 ideally, they should have already a first draft of their poster. A scientific poster will be created step by step during the course. The knowledge gained can be put into practice right away.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Stefan Bernhardt<\/h3>\n<\/header>\n

Stefan studied media engineering (B.Eng.) media design (M.F.A.) with focus on print and screen design. Since 2010, he has been working as a professional Media Designer for various clients from different industries (e.g., culture, retail, suppliers, medicine) on a freelance basis. In 2014, he started working at iDiv.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
